My Husband and I started using this shop for all of our pool supplies when we first moved into our house that had a pool. We were inexperienced pool owners and relied heavily on their expertise. The first summer started out great, and the owner was very friendly and staff appeared knowledgeable. However, my feelings quickly changed when in the middle of the summer our pool turned green. We struggled for 6 weeks with chemicals after chemicals and lots of $$$ invested with no change. We ended up closing early for the summer after spending so much on chemicals with no improvement. The next time we opened the pool we went back to them, again with no success. Instead of having a repeat of the year before we went across the street to sunburst. The pool was cleared up in 2 days! He didn't have us purchase tons of chemicals either. We have been going to Sunburst for 5 years now and our pool is great.

Another good opening this Memorial day. Pulled off mesh winter cover. Water was black. Followed Classic's advice and water is back to clear. Thanks, Jim

I highly recommend this business for any services for pools and Hot Tubs . Had years bad experience with competitor and decided through recommendations to use this business. Finally the pool is in great shape and the repairs were done the way they should be.

Always satisfied with their knowledge and selection of supplies. Good prices too. Whatever breaks on my old inground, John has the parts.

I would give zero stars if it were an option. Recently purchased a hot tub from this location. First off, it was placed on backorder for two weeks plus & we were not notified. When we tried contacting the establishment to find out the reason for the delay, there was not much information they were able to give us. The staff seemed clueless. When the hot tub finally did arrive, it was dropped off at our home & we were told to just "plug it in". However, once it was filled & we plugged it into an outlet, we began receiving electrical shocks every time we touch the water! We also realized that they had placed it on the patio facing the wrong way, away from the outlet. We called the company to see if someone could help us about the electrical shocks we are receiving, & we were basically told there was nothing they could do to help & we would have to hire an electrician to come out & take a look. He was even willing to argue with my husband, a contractor who is familiar with electrical wiring, what the problem was. We are having to fight to get a representative to come to our home to take a look at the unit. I would not recommend this business if you want a product delivered on time & properly installed.

Friendly and helpful staff. I get all my pool chemicals, etc. from them. However, they are poor in providing on-site service. Most recently, I stopped by in person and asked for a bid on a replacement pool liner. It was added to their schedule, but they never came out. Bought the liner and installation from A2Z Pools.
