food was just okay. service terrible. after waiter left food never saw him again. didn't check back, no refill on drink and had to ask 2 people to get check.

I, along with three friends, recently stayed at the Quality Hotel (nice place) in Essington. There's a Denny's next door, which wasn't all that great so we decided to go to the Philly Diner. It was very close and looked nice.



The diner wasn't crowded at all, yet we waited for an hour to get our lunch. My friend had a tuna sandwich and coleslaw. I had ordered a chicken quesadilla. After an hour, and each of us having a $2 cup of coffee .....



We were finally served. My friends tuna looked like it had been sitting out for days. It was actually brown on the edges and crispy. Her coleslaw had a "skin" on it and was actually turning green.



My chicken quesadilla had one or two cubes of chicken on it. It was a onion and pepper quesadilla.



We were quite disappointed. I think the health department needs to take a closer look at this place.



I wouldn't have served that food to my worst enemy, and I told them that when I got home I would write about

this on the internet. The waitress was nice but it seems to need some qualified management!
