Needed their services, as my serpentine belt broke while entering North Point state park. They towed my vehicle from the park back to Essex so I could get it repaired. They we're prompt and very professional. They even offered to send out a car to pick up my wife and two young daughters as he didn't have room for all of us in his tow truck. If I need another tow, I will be calling Cook's Towing again. (The family in the white sante fe)
