Horrible service. Made an appointment, gave model and serial number. Described problem. Guy shows up an hour late, no courtesy call. My husband, who left work early, said nothing. Mr Reed looks at my dryer, ssys to my hubby, I've never fixed one of these before, I'm going to have to take it all apart, heating element in the oler models were on the bottom, I don't have the time or patience for it, sorry, and leaves. Clearly this man is not educated in fixing newer appliances. Steer clear.

Called and made an appt. For my maytag electric dryer. Gave him model and serial number. Man shows up an hour late, no courtesy call. Guy looks at my dryer and says, I thought this was an older model, I've never worked on these and I don't have the time or the patience, sorry. I am beside myself, horrible customer service.
