I've been to the lab a few times and have had very different experiences. If the young gal is working, she's fine. But the older woman has put me in a terrible mood twice in a row. Not the way you want to feel when your arm is about to get sticked. I've even made a point of being extra pleasant and helpful. All of the blood draws were fine and professionally executed, but the attitude of this one particular phlebotomist has left me searching for a different local lab. The way you treat people really matters.
