The burgers were hardly warm and the fries were barely done. Very disappointing. Not to mention our waitress gave a half-assed, "I'll do something about that," when it came to our complaint. Then she did nothing about it.

We always enjoy eating at Red Robin. Their food is delicious; the menu has great variety, and the staff is always friendly.
