I brought my car here and I thought, yay, I'm getting a bargain. The ladies up front are really nice, but the owner is a bit of a tool. I got my car back with a brand new emblem, but it was too big for the year and model. I talked to him about it and he said, "It's a new one!" I don't care if it's new as it's too large. They removed all the emblems on the back of my car without telling me that they weren't going to replace 2 of them. The work was acceptable for a discount paint shop, but I don't understand how anyone could be raving about this shop. They said it would take 2-3 days to get my car done and it took 5 days. I called on the 3rd day to ask what time I should pick it up and was told, oh it should be ready tomorrow. I called on the 4th day and was told, it's going to be delayed again. I finally got the car after 12 noon on the 5th day and it wasn't ready when I picked it up as it still had painters tape and such. I really give this shop a low grade as their communication skills are way below par.

This MAACO is operated by a dad & daughter (Michele and Bob) team and overall, I'm quite pleased with the experience as they went above & beyond to accomodate my requests. I'm in the process of restoring my BMW E36 Coupe and am very particular about every detail of it. I had the entire car painted and had them take pretty much everything off (including all the glass, sunroof, trim, grill, etc.) so as not to have any seams where it would start to peel. The entire job cost me over $3000. It's not perfect and they've had to redo some areas, but I have gotten several compliments on what a great paint job it has and how clean the car looks.
