This place is the BEST. Industry experience staff. Not just cashiers at a counter.

I purchased an aftermarket icemaker and i made it evident that i was merely the person picking up the part, with zero knowledge of appliance repair. Without even taking the product out of the box, my repair person (family friend) said id gotten the wrong one. I tried to return it and was shot down and referred back to my purchase receipt. The owner of this store feels that because he has it on his receipt that electrical sales are final, this was NOT pointed out to me, nor was my signature mandated, although it clearly indicates that i was to sign this receipt signifying that i understood this policy. It was EXTREMELY disingenious of the owner to not accept the part back in spite of the fact that i tried to return it within 24 hours, still in the box and obviously unused. Never EVER EVER will i use this store, and will backmouth him to everyone that will listen...
