The exterior looked really nice, the inside of the restaurant was not too bad, but needs a good cleaning. As my wife and I waited for our food, we were anticipating some great Mexican food... We both ordered the steak and shrimp fajitas. When our food arrived we appalled by what we saw. The shrimp looked freezer burnt and microwaved, and the steak was cut in .75x.75 chunks? We could see by the looks on other customers faces that they weren't satisfied with their food either. The server asked if we would be interested in another option, but after the sight of the meal we had been served we opted to leave hungry.. With a new cook staff the restaurant could be great! I hope that the owners will read the reviews and take the appropriate steps necessary to make the only Mexican Restaurant in Escanaba one that everyone will want to come back to and not one where people leave with a bad taste in their mouth. I don't know if my wife will ever go back after our first experience.
