went to your buffalo road store recently to look for a space heater. needed some help to determine the best one for our room because the layout of it is not wide open and we want to reach all the crooks and crannies of the room. seeked help from the first associate we saw who happened to be a manager. he was very curt and not at all helpful. found this to be quite the contrary to what is reflected on your commercial claiming good service. he didn't even offer to send over another employee who might have been more helpful. don't know his name but he had dark hair, wore glasses and appeared to be middle aged.

this comment is about a manager at your harbor creek location. don't remember his name but he appears to be in his 50's with dark brown hair and glasses. I know from talking to another customer whom I'm acquainted with that he did work at your location until about a year ago and previously at sears. he was not very helpful at all when I had some questions about lawn care equipment for fall, particularly leaf blowers. he just didn't seem to know anything and he was somewhat blunt in his responses. he basically said "all of these will work" even after I said I wanted one that could also mulch the leaves. it just seems that a manager should be more help than this person.

Your store is well run and customer friendly. I do have an issue concerning a manager who used to work there but now is at your harbor creek location. A friend of mine also had a bad experience with him and referred me to this website. The manager I'm referring to is named Jeff and appears to be about 50 years old. My problem is he was rather rude in dealing with me. I approached him to ask a question about something and he stopped, looked over at me and signaled by hand what I assume was "be right with you" and then hurried off. I waited there and looked at a few things and after about ten minutes tried to find him but he wasn't around. Specifically wanted a manager for what I needed and he appeared to be the only one available. I then went to your store and received much better help or to put it in better context help in general. I would hope someone of higher authority might sit this person down and address these matters.

I hold value home center in high regard but I must comment negatively on one of your managers. He works at the buffalo road store in harbor creek. Apparently from my understanding he was at your location about a year ago and then transfered. To get to the point he just wasn't very pleasant to deal with, he didn't seem very attentive when I asked him about your grass trimmers. I found an clerk to help me and he told me the manager's name was Jeff. I wound notify the store he works at but they had no site online.

I am writing in response to an experience I had with one of your managers at the buffalo road store in harbor creek, pa. I know he doesn't work at your location but this is the only local forum I could find. The individual I am speaking of can best be described as middle aged with eye glasses and dark brown hair. I believe his name is Jeff. To get to the point I dealt with him a week ago when looking for gardening supplies. He seemed as though he didn't have time to deal with me. I realize he may have a lot to do but he hardly acknowledged me. He said he'd be back shortly but never returned. I looked down the aisle where he went and saw he was with someone else and then he finished with them apparently because he walked away and went elsewhere. He didn't come back to help me. I must say I didn't get great service or any service at all from this individual.
