Over the past 25 years Segel Law has represented folks injured in cases involving car and truck wrecks, motorcycle crashes, medical malpractice, dog bites and attacks, slip and falls, trip and falls, and other areas of negligence. His clients have ranged in age from 94 years old to newborns. He is a veteran litigator with 40 years of courtroom experience that includes nearly 150 jury trials. Mr. Segel is admitted to practice and has handled cases in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, including the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and Superior Court, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He has also handled cases with special permission in the United States District Court for the Western District of New York and the Southern District of Ohio, and (for a successful trial defense of a murder case) in Chautauqua County New York. He has been a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Erie County Bar Associations, the American, Pennsylvania, Western Pennsylvania, and San Antonio Trial Lawyers Associations, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, and the National and Pennsylvania Criminal Defense Lawyers Associations. He is also a 1982 graduate of the 80-hour National College of Criminal Defense.
