Reserved facial time for Monday on Friday. Told them I used Retinol every night. OTC not a Prescription. Told me it was fine. Went for the facial on Monday after work. All of a sudden the facial girl made a big deal and refused to give me one. I told her it was OTC not prescription. Still refused and told me I needed to go. Seriously I understand not wanting to take a chance but telling me to leave and make an appointment a week later and maybe get my $10 off. God Erie customer service is awful. Was afraid I would like the place too much. Don't worry won't be back.
