11/30/16 Edit: I went to Imperial Palace again recently. Lunch runs 11:00am to 3:00pm. Cheaper lunch price, but some extra items come with dinner menu; e.g. peel and eat cold shrimp. Sundays and holidays are dinner price, and menu, all day. There may be a "private" room one can book for a small gathering. The sushi is beautiful, but I'm not a sushi guy. My "top" items as of late: Mongolian Beef, Bourbon Chix, Jalapeno Chix, Red Chix on a Stick, fried fish, hot wings, and find some shrimp. Free refills on fountain drinks. My friend had 2 beers and our bill was still under $22.50. A cheap tipper and big eater can get in and out in just under 2 hours for about $11.00.
