terrible... long waiting bot...

terrible...

long waiting both in waiting room and the exam room....

gave me different contacts that i was reluctant to try so they could charge me an additional "fitting fee" which i was not told about until i called to get my prescription faxed to me. I went back to my old contacts because the new ones I was "fitted" for were extremely uncomfortable.

I'll drive the extra distance to go elsewhere.
