I have not had dealings with this dealer yet. I am looking into a vehicle there and the gentleman has been nothing but up front with me. Anything I have asked him he has promptly answered my question. He told me upfront that they do not do mechanical repairs there at all. I always recomend taking vehicle to mechanic before purchase. To response to the previous review, you should have taken the car for a longer test drive. It sounds to me that if you would have done so these problems would have surfaced. I am sorry to hear your misfortune, but you bought a vehicle with no inspection. They have several vehicles on the lot.

This business is a buy here pay here that is in need of a major customer service overhaul. I bought my vehicle, a 1998 Jeep Cherokee with a 30 day, 1,000 mile warranty that covered the engine and transmission for all internally lubricated parts. 20.3 miles after I drove the vehicle off of the lot I had a check engine light come on. I immediately went to Auto Zone and had the light scanned and 5 trouble codes were found. After almost a month of letting Car Factory know of this problem, they tried to fix it citing a possible problem with the park / neutral safety switch which could not have been the problem, the light was overrode. Shortly after the light was cleared it came back on. I communicated this to Car Factory and they told me to take it to Luke's Automotive. Luke's took the vehicle to Angelo's Transmission shop and found it to be a shift solenoid. I have not had my vehicle for weeks because I was told that I would need to pay a $225.00 bill because the parts that needed repaired were not covered components. I do understand that the parts that were in need of repair were not covered, however being that I had the vehicle for less than a day and had only drove it for 20 miles, i feel that the repairs should have been covered at no cost to me. I an financing this vehicle and will be dealing with this company for 24 months and feel that they should take more of the dealership / customer relationship. I am expected to uphold my end of the contract for this vehicle (care of the vehicle, maintenance, insurance coverage, and on time payments). When I bought this vehicle I took it under good faith. It had no inspection sticker of which it was made to be my responsibility to have it inspected and pay for the inspection and pay for and replace any components that needed repair including the muffler that was on the vehicle that had broken baffles.
