We love our new roof! From beginning to end contractor Jeff Holland of Guardian Roofing was respectful of our concerns, providing straightforward answers to all of our questions and invaluable support in navigating the insurance claim process. It was a pleasure to work with a contractor who seemed to genuinely care about our satisfaction down to the smallest detail. The roofers were punctual, polite, and hard-working and cleaned up and removed all debris at the end of each day. The beautiful new roof has enhanced our home's "curb appeal" and, after 20 years, inspired us to fall in love with our house all over again!“

Jeff Holland gave me, a total stranger, a ride during the flood of 2013 in Boulder. To return the favor, I contacted him to re-roof two porches at my house in Erie. Both had leaks. He and his team responded quickly, matched the existing shingles, cleaned up nicely, were friendly and good to work with. Unfortunately, there was still a leak around a wood stove chimney. This was part of why I had called in the first place. After several call backs it was not repaired. I was always assured it would be taken care of. I had moved out and was renting the place and kept calling and calling but it never got fixed. Now, no response. I wish I could write a nice reivew as for the most part they did provide good service.
