Buyer Beware + Having landscaped 3 prior homes I prefer to do business with local nurseries whenever possible, however, in this case I had a bad experience. I asked for 10-5+to 6+ tall and 12-7+ and was shown such shrubs but sold several smaller shrubs (bait and switch?). Having discovered the smaller shrubs looked out of place we asked the owner if we could exchange or obtain a refund and the owner said no problem. Upon returning to the nursery, they did not have the correct size as claimed and refused to refund our money on a cash purchase of over $1,500. On top of not giving back our cash, they charged a premium to take back the smaller plants and made several accusations (changed policies at will/poor customer service). The name brand home improvement centers will treat you much better.
