Very Prompt and Courteous in working with us to serve one of our clients. As a floor company we do not do plumbing work. So Glad that they were available.

I've had miller come and do several jobs for me recently. the last one was to install 3 gfci outlets and run power to an outdoor shed. they were on time, professional, and the bill was fair for the amount of work done.

they even replaced a non-related worn out breaker in my panel for just the price of the breaker(no labor $)

If I have any issues going forward i will update my review

the workers that came to our house were friendly enough, but I will never use this company again. We had a water leak in our newly bought house before we could even move in and our home warranty chose them for the repair. They came, did the job, and I thought all was good to go. Until 4 days later when my elderly next door neighbor was alarmed to find her yard being flooded by water that was pouring out of our yard into hers. Apparently when the workers came to fix our leak one of them must have mistakenly turned on the old sprinkler system that was mostly dug out of the yard over 10 years ago and then they failed to turn it back off. So water had been running into the ground for days until it couldn't hold it anymore and it started flowing out downhill and flooding our neighbor. Luckily another neighbor was smart enough to figure out the problem and turned off the meter and stopped the flooding and no obvious damage has been done to the yards. But the problem is when we called the water department to explain what happened they told us we needed a letter from the plumbers in order to prorate our bill. We called Miller and Humphrey and explained the situation to them. We explained that they would not be billed anything and we didn't even need names as to who had made the mistake, but we needed a letter so that we would not have to pay a ridiculously high bill because of someone else's mistake. At first we were told they would write the letter and call us when it was ready. Then they never called so we called them and were told it wasn't ready yet. Then still no letter and still no call,so we called again several mosre times until finally we were told that the workers that performed the repairs "did not remember turning on the meter" so Miller and Humphrey's would not write us a letter. It literally wasn't going to cost them a penny and no one was going to get in trouble! All it would have taken was someone admitting to a simple mistake and then doing the right thing so we didn't have to pay for their mistake. I can assure you that we will NEVER use this company again nor will we recommend them to anyone we know.

Hourly Rate Rip Off!!

I had these guys install one electric outlet 2 feet from the light switch and redo one foot of water pipe, already out of the wall. It took them approx. 1 hour, and just like the other reviewer said, they charged me for 2 hours. When I called back, the owner was very matter-of-fact with me saying that is the way he's been doing business for many years. He got smart and said "pay me or not, I don't care".

I told him the work was done correctly and professionally, and I would pay his crazy price, but would never call them again. It is ridiculous to pay for a business's travel time to your house to do work. I have never heard of paying for drive time!

These guys do not even deserve...

These guys do not even deserve 1 star. I hope they do not rip everyone off like they did me. I hired these guys to install a oven for me which took about 30-45 min. When the bill came they charged me for electrical connectors that came with the oven, $3.50 for 6 inches of electrical tape and 2 hours of labor. When I called to discuss the bill they were very rude. They also told me that they charge $70 an hour, starting when they leave their office. So if you hire these guys they will charge you for their travel time to get to your house. So I live in daleville which is 10-15 min from enterprise they did 30-45 min of work so by my math they should have charged me for 1hour 15 min at the most. This shady business charged me for 2 hours of labor. Avoid at all costs.
