My son has seen Dr. Charlton for continuous ear infections and ended up getting tubes in his ears. He is an amazing dr and I wouldn't trust anyone else in the area with my kids care. Very thorough and personable. Ladies at the front desk are also amazing. At one appt my newborn starting throwing up everywhere and they all were very kind with assisting me with handling both kiddos and cleaning up the mess. Great place all around.

I waited 1.5 hours in the waiting room with my 2 year old for her hearing test. I finally got sick of seeing others come in after me and go in before me so I went to ask and the lady had forgot to even put down that I had shown up. Then trying to call to pay your bill is a complete hassle. You are put on hold forever. I have tried 6 times in the pass two weeks and have waited over 10 minutes each time and I just hung up.
