Outstanding customer service. Very polite and professional. This was an error on my end and they helped me 100% get through the process.

It is very difficult to get a hold of someone at this company. I found out business hours to pick up personal property is M-F 10am to 4pm. Otherwise, it seems like anything else is by appointment only...IF you can get someone to answer the phone.

They took my car without any notice and you can't get on their website or contact them, and I don't have a car and can't get hold of anyone!
