Have been a loyal customer of Als for years. Their new online ordering does not work half the time. When you call to order you are still talking and the guy hangs up on you. Lately it has been taking over an hour to get your cold food. Al would not be a happy camper about losing loyal customers.

I use to love the food but it is going down hill. I just got chicken fingers w/fries, shrimp w/fries and pizza. The fries were soggy the chicken was a little overcooked. It tasted like it was put in the microwave an warmed up. The pizza was good.

Food is going down hill.....customer serves leaves a lot to be desired .....wrong items or forgotten orders happen to often........and take over an hour to fix............

went there an hour before closing got told we had to hurry and eat and got dirty looks from the cooks. I guess customers happiness is not a priority here..

Love Al's! We moved to PA from down south a few years ago and have loved it ever since! They always provide such wonderful service and each meal we have had there is excellent! We have never had any delivered as we live far out in the country, but dine in and pick up is awesome!

Pros: Great prices, wonderful food (they use real food like real steak instead of the fake freezer stuff, real cheese and not the squirt kind), seriously fast delivery.



Cons: Depending upon who is working there, your order can get messed up, which can be very annoying. Luckily it very rarely happens. Once though I had to return something 3 times to get the right thing. One tip, if the person doesnt sound like they speak very good english, ask for someone else.



My family has been customers for about 4 years now, and although they have their pitfalls (messing up the food on occasion), its worth it.
