I've learned this location was taken over by corporate and wow what a difference! The store is immaculate and all the girls working are dolls. So helpful and sweet anytime I come in for a spray.

I'd have to say that tanning at the Englewood Beach Bum was a big mistake on my part.

I just moved here from Hoboken and still have a package. The service was nothing short of DISGUSTING. I just wanted to pay for a single session for my first visit and the guy behind the counter happened to not only charge me for 5 sessions, he was talking to me with his mouth full of greasy food.



Once the charge was fixed, I went in to the room and tried to start the bed. He never set it! So after a bickering match through the wall he claimed to have set it, but then I saw the time pop up on the wall once I asked him to set it.



I know from personal experience both from working in a tanning salon awhile ago and from going to other Beach Bum salons, this was by farm my WORST experience tanning at one.

I have used Beach Bum tanning for years, but this was my first experience with the Englewood shop. They are horrible compared to the rest. The customer service is rude and non-existant. Even though I live in Englewood, I now drive further so I can go to the one in Paramus.
