We had a lamination problem with the side of our 2010 Holiday Rambler motorhome and were told to take it to Alliance RV in Wildwood for an evaluation and price quote. Their price was way out of line plus they would not pay for it even though we felt it was a factory defect. We came home very disappointed. Next we decided to go to RV Merchandising which is in our home area to see what they could do about it. Upon entering the front we were greeted with a smile and yes we can fix this problem for you. The employees were wonderful and took great care and time to do the very best they could to fix the problem. The RV looks wonderful and the price was right. They treated our RV like it was their own not leaving any mess or cleanup for us to handle.

We would highly recommend this very professional group of men. They are the best at what they do.

For the past several years, R....

For the past several years, R.V. Merchandising has just been filling my home propane tanks. My experience with the staff has always been cordial and professional. When I was looking for a new/used RV, Ralph (the proprietor) was informative when I looked at the inventory @ his location. Although I did finally find an RV which suited my needs, it was not purchased from him. At this point, my truck needed a brake control, which his staff member (Mike) installed in a timely manner. I was shown how to use it safely. Ralph was also very kind and allowed me to borrow an adjustable hitch and ball so that I could bring my new RV home; once here, he and a staff member (Chase) helped me choose and then install the correct equipment on my vehicle. Ralph, and his staff have been courteous, informative and not at any time have I felt pressured in to purchasing anything that was not required. Being a female and novice in the RV lifestyle, I truly appreciate this aspect of conducting business.

Personally, I would highly recommend the services of R.V. Merchandising

They are very rude & inconside...

They are very rude & inconsiderate people. They act like you are imposing on them if you ask them a question. Ralph (Owner) told me that they have a master mechanic who only works on Generators (Mon-Tue). First the mechanic (RC) goes inside for 1/2 hour & is researching my generator. Then he comes out with a reference book & stares at the generator for the next 45 min. not doing ANTHING. The generator was running when I brought it in, after the mechanic touched it, it wouldn't even start. I ask him to at least get the generator running like it was. He said " I'd like to man but I don't know what's wrong with it." I TRY and tell the owner that I'm going to take it somewhere else, but he says he is too busy to talk to me. So I tell the mechanic to close up the generator door because I'm going to take it somewhere where they know what they are doing. I go to another RV Service Center & within 5 minutes he has my generator running. The first mechanic turned off the breaker switch & couldn't figure out why it wasn't starting. Later on that day I start receiving 3 Pizzas from Dominos. The next day 3 Pizzas are delivered from Papa John's. They must have gotten mad that I didn't pay their mechanic for screwing up my generator. I've received Pizzas everyday since. Papa John's contacted the Sheriff's Dept. & has filed a police report. These are the type of people that work at RV Merchandising. They are more interested in selling things than repairing RV's Consequently, I wouldn't even hire them to clean-out my cat's litter box. They'd probably would not be able to figure that out either without a manual.
