If I could give NO stars I would, not only is TC and Lisa the rudest people i have ever spoken to, the job they did on the rig was HORRIBLE! We had them come out twice (the 2nd time to fix what they didn't clean) and when we can and inspected they left water bottles in the sink, gunk n the shower and they didn't clean anything in the interior they just lightly wiped it with what looks like a VERY dirty cloth, not only did we have to pay over $1000 but when we complained they did absolutely NOTHING! They customer service was horrific! Lisa should in no place have a job there, she has NO personality and she put me on hold several times in the middle of what we were saying to "as a question" I would NEVER have anyone use this company they are a rip off and I will be submitting a complaint to the BBB... VERY unhappy with the job.

They did a great job getting our graffiti off when it was freezing. I don't know how they did it but I really appreciate the extra effort to keep our building looking good.

WOW came out and blew mud all over our storefront. (in the process of cleaning the sidewalks) .When they sent the Quality Control Manager over, we asked them what $150.00 worth of their time is supposed to get you. His response? ... "the majority of that is travel time." My wife asked him specifically NOT to come back and re-do the work until she had a chance to be there ... when she pulled up at 10:00am this morning (opening time), they were just finishing up ... (in other words, they hadn't bothered to wait). Instead, they'd had taken SQUEE-GEES and moved the dirt around into grimy swirls. Now it will be necessary to have our window cleaners come out and spend MORE money. When I called Wash on Wheels to ask for my money back, the woman answering the phone tried to pass me off to the same Quality Control Manager again ...
