Everything went great. Showed up on time and his quote was very fair for mobile service. The windshield looks perfect. The installer was friendly and professional.

I got my windshield replaced about a week ago and so far, so good! The gentleman that came to replace my windshield, was on time and was very well dressed. He was kind and polite and made me feel at ease. I got a really good deal and was impressed with how quickly they got back to me with a quote. I would definitely use them again!

Lame!! Look at the name on the "fabulous!! awsome work!!" review posted on 1/31/2011 --- it's the same as the Save Auto Glass owner!



Pretty sad for a business to post a glowing review of itself here, trying to fool the public into thinking it's a customer review when it's posted by the business itself. I know this because the reviewer's name "arianordoubadi" is the same as the one on the website -- just click the link to "Visit Website" and look at the top of your browser -- it says "Wix.com save auto glass created by arianordoubadi based on Blank Website."



If they essentially "lie" by posting a fake review, what is their service like?



From my own experience, I found other discrepancies:



1. The website says "Free Mobile, Same Day Service!! 7 days a week". I called on Sunday and was told the earliest appointment was Monday at 11 am.



2. The email quote also mentioned the "free mobile service," but when I called to make an appointment, they asked where the car was located and when I said Golden, they said there would be a $20 charge to come out to Golden. Yet the website says "How do we save you time? No matter where you live in Denver and surroundings, we will be able to supply you with a free auto glass replacement quote in your area." "We come to you at your home or office." And the email says "Denver metro area."



3. When I pointed out to "Adrian" that both the email and website say "free mobile service to Denver metro area," he had me hold on, then came back and said his "boss" said he could drop it to $10 for the drive out to Golden. He ignored my insistence that their website and email said mobile service was free (I even offered to print out the email).



4. Another point that made me feel a bit queasy was when I called, the guy said, "What did I quote you?" Like he might change his mind or quote me some other amount.



Overall, something did not feel right about the whole thing, so I cancelled the appointment and went elsewhere. I'm so glad I did.



My advice: Stay away from Save Auto Glass. Far away.

I had my windshield replaced by them yesterday, they did a really nice and clean work, with an unbeatable price!! will definitely do business again.
