For all the Jeep Owners out there - PLEASE PAY ATTENTION ! I've been a Jeep Owner for over 35 years from the old one's to the new stuff. The REPUBLIC is a "NO-FRILLS" honest Jeep business that is straight forward, to the point, tell it as it is "without" the BS! This business - REPUBLIC- "KNOWS" the Jeep business with regard to parts and its repair service. I have always been satisfied and have a great respect for REPUBLIC. In-short, this business is truly a rare one. If you have a questionable attitude go elsewhere. Be mature and respectable, this business has high standards and professionalism and welcomes great customers and certainly provides a quality supply of Jeep parts and Jeep service at all times to those who deserve it. I am truly fortunate to know Republic - Jeep and hope you will experience the same as I have for many years. REPUBLIC-JEEP PARTS/SERVICE is a treasure !

Two of our company vehicles went down while both of our mechanics were out, one on vacation and the other with two broken arms. We lose money every day they're not on the road so the decision was made to have and outside shop do the repairs We took them both to Jeep Republic (with my mechanic in tow to keep an ear out for anything questionable or if it appeared someone was trying to run up the bill) - neither transpired. The people at Jeep Republic went over the Cherokees from top to bottom and gave us the results and recommendations. My guy went over the list and EVERY single item was legitimate. No padding the bill, no unnecessary repairs, nothing. We picked them up the next day and put them back into service. We've had no problems at all. In fact when my senior mechanic got back from vacation and checked them out, he complimented the rookie on the work - we hadn't told him that we took them to Republic for repair. Bottom line, if I ever find myself in the same situation again I would have absolutely no reservations nor hesitation about sending any of our vehicles to Jeep Republic for repair.

This guy paints broken parts to look "new" and overcharges for everything. Stay away if you love your Jeep!

Just had the oil changed on the 4.0 Republic installed for me, runs like a dream. They did the repair and install in less time AND for less than two of their competitors quoted me. It was also relieving to find out that some of the repairs recommended by the others as "ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY, HAS TO BE DONE" and some parts that were "BEYOND REPAIR, MUST REPLACE" were actually within factory acceptable specifications. I know - Republics' staff showed me the measurements and showed me the specifications and recommendations. As always I was treated with courtesy and respect - I was taught that you get what you give.

There diagnostic test they performed was wrong. I pd. 90.00 which is higher than the dealership for my car.I had to pay for a correct diagnostic test else where,then get the car repaired. I spoke with the owner hewill not refund the money. I will never go back there.

I had my brakes done on my Wrangler at Republic. They completed the work quickly and at a reasonable price.Reading the negative reviews of the place, I'm beginning to wonder what exactly some peoples' problems are. It's hard to believe we are reviewing the same business. Are these reviews even real or perhaps a competitor hiding behind a ficticitious email just trying to bash the biz? As for me, I know the difference between new, used, rebuilt, and reconditioned. If I wanted to spend what the dealership wants to charge for parts, I'd go there. Until then I will continute to be a repeat customer at Republic. P.S. To all the prospective customers I recommend this place highly. Don't put too much faith in a negative review posted by some unknown who is afraid to even put their name on it.

He was supposed to replace my brake rotors, instead he spray painted my old ones and try to re-charge me credit card when I demanded a refund. The police had to be involved. do not trust Mike the owner with your car, I wish I had read online reviews before dropping off my car at that junk yard that tries to pass for a business.

Our family owns four Jeeps: a Grand, Cherokee, and pair of Wranglers. After having Republic service one of them, all four will now be exclusively maintained by Republic.The staff were some of the most knowledgeable and courteous auto industry professionals I have ever dealt with and I didn't feel the need to guard my wallet while I was there.

My wife and I had planned to head up to the mountains for a quick day trip. On the way her Wrangler started acting up. We didn't want to break down in the middle of nowhere so we decided to try and limp the Jeep home. We turned off of Hampden onto Federal and a couple blocks north saw Jeep Republic. I decided to pull over and let the Jeep cool down and figured I'd grab their phone number and call them on Monday. I was astounded to find out that Republic was OPEN on a Sunday! One of the employees came out, looked at it and said give me a bit and we'll see what we can do. They had the parts in stock and in an hour we were back on the road to enjoy our trip!!! We can't praise them enough - they were open on Sunday, had the parts, AND did not charge us an arm and a leg even though they knew we didn't have much of a choice. Thank you again Mike and thank you Jeep Republic - you guys are terriffic!!!!

I am Jeep owner for over 40 years and being a Jeep owner, I always have need parts & repairs. I seen Jeep shops come and go over the years, most can't last, my opinion those who didn't last were just pretenders not serious contenders in the Jeep Business. I've done business with Republic over the course of years, roughly about 20yrs or better buying parts and having Republic service my Jeeps ( I've had a lot of Jeeps about 9 of them). One thing I can say about this business, Republic is top-notch! This business knows its stuff and what to do when it comes to the customer. Given my years of experience in the Jeep world, most of these Jeep businesses are full of "pretenders and want-a-be's" - Republic is not a pretender but a genuine 'CONTENDER' in the Jeep world. They are a no "bullxxx" Jeep business and are here to stay. They have had my business for years and will always have my it for years to come. You will not be disappointed. Republic is GREAT !

Called and spoke to Mike who knew what parts I needed after I explained the problem to him. Said he had them in stock and would send them out the following day - well here we are two weeks later and no parts - he did not answer my phone call or respond to my e-mails. I finally called again and got someone named "John" who said mike was at lunch and that the parts had been shipped by "US Post Office" and that he would have Mike call me - still waiting, still waiting. In this day and age customer service has to be #1 - unfortunately it was not in this case.

I called to buy an intake Manifold. Mike had it in stock. Mike said he would ship the part the next day. The next day I receive a phone call from "Unavailable". It seems there was a part change during that year and he wished to clarify. I described in detail the part I was looking for: Late model High volume. He kept asking if it was round or circular, I told him the intake was shaped like a half circle. He said he would ship the part the next day. Three days later(two days to ship to me) I called back. There was a problem in the shipping and they had to reship. I finally go the part, wrong part. I sent pictures to show the difference. Mike said" I sent you the wrong part, I will have UPS pick it up." I asked if he had the correct part. $100 more than the one I just payed for . I said I could by new for that. " No you can't"he says I ordered a new one for less than what he charged for the used. I sent back the part. Two weeks later I still don't have a credit. Crook.

I found Republic Jeep a few years ago when my girlfriend had problems with her Jeep Cherokee. The owner (Mike) was kind enough to give her a lift home, in the snow, across town. He repaired her vehicle, on time and as promised. I began going to him (I have a 97 Wrangler) and he has been nothing short of great! I asked him to look at my Jeep and give me an overall assesment of it. He gave me an honest evaluation of the Jeep and was fair in price and the craftmanship. I'm going back again and again! I recommend anyone with a Jeep to go to him.

Great Jeep Parts Supplier, Mike is a well educated person and knows jeeps. I went in for a transfer case issue and was helped immediately. Not only did he assist on that issue but assisted with other issues and was professional. I don’t understand these people that post negative comments because he was rude or the price is too high. You would not go to a restaurant or another business and say “I think it should be this price”. Mike is a fair business man who has been in the business longer then most jeep owners have had jeeps. In case you did not know it jeeps cost money to maintain so if you can’t afford parts go buy a Honda. Mike “You rock” and you will always have a grateful customer. It is too bad stupid people know how to use computers. If all of his satisfied customers left reviews it would be great but as my grandma says the “squeaky wheel gets the grease and complainers love to complain”.

Bought some door last week from this place. They looked nice from the outside and it was my first time at this business. Owner was very nice and told me the doors were completely reworked. Spent an awful lot on these, got home, took door panel off and found a rusty mess. Called the owner thinking he was nice enough to talk it over (I only asked for a partial refund). Owner was a completely different person, yelled at me and insulted me. Be very careful - this guy will rip you off and you will not even know it.

they replaced the engine, a month later it had no oil pressure and was leaking like crazy. the a-hole bouncer 'mechanic' shoved me out the door.

Let's get one thing straight, I've been a Jeep customer of Republic for well over 16yrs. Republic knows its business well, is extremely honest and provides an excellent service of repair and quality Jeep Parts from the '40's to present day Jeep models. The reviews about Republic which are negative DON'T be mislead. Those reviews speak for themselves by and though their content The people who wrote those reviews certainly exposed themselves as distinct boobs! Republic has demonstrated time and time again over at least 16yrs. in business a dedicated service to Decent, Civil Intelligent customers beyond question of quality and integrity for the Jeep community. Don't be fooled be these pathetic bums' with their idiotic complaints! Bad businesses do not last, Good businesses last! Republic has had my business for a long-time (16 yrs plus) and will continue to have my business in the future. Republic is truly a decent and upstanding business worth its weight in gold.
