I use Hawkins enough where I am one of their preferred customers, so maybe that gets them out to me sooner than some others, but they get to me within 72 hours, and they always know what they are doing. I worked in SLC recently and I have to say Hawkins is far superior to the company my owners had me use out there!! Their GM, John, has even come and serviced my equipment when the techs were getting really backed up.

These guys are great. I have been in kitchens for 25 years, Boston, Chicago & now Boulder; I will continue to use Hawkins here. If I don't need their service techs but just want help over the counter to get the right part - they even spent a 1/2 hour with me one time when I wanted to fix my Hatco unit myself!!

these guys know what they are doing! i tried a couple different cheaper companies first, i need hawkins from now on. in summers they seem very backed up so that makes me a bit crazy, but they fix it right!

hope you can usethe force when you pick the time for your equipment to go down every timei call its at least 7-14 days before i can get service so if you need it today or tommorrow call some one else by the way this is the additude that you get from the service desk too

I own 4 restaurants from Denver to Pueblo just off I-25 and I have been using Hawkins for 8 years now, they have always been able to help me and I recommend them if you need kitchen or air conditioning repairs. Their service vans are always quick to respond and carry a lot of inventory, and if I just want to buy a part to do some repairs on my own Larry and Steve can always get me what I need and offer some hints as well (not everyone is willing to do that at a Will Call desk)!
