The services provided by Active Foot in Englewood, Co were unacceptable. Dr. Channin was very unprofessional during his examination process. His personality was rude and we had to speak to him about conducting a more mature conversation on the evaluation of orthotics for both of my bad legs. When orthotics were made and checked for fit and comfort, Dr. Channin sincerely promised to provide support for any additional medical care needed after our last office visit......but as time went by, my condition seemed to worsen and Dr.Channin was unavailable for support. He did not return any of my phones calls, which were many and I decided to have a friend call him to see if he might have been on vacation...but Dr. Channin returned my friends phone call supporting my theory that once he had my monies he no longer wanted to give me medical support..Please, watch this character who calls himself a Dr. for his services are questionable.
