Their website shows they're located in the old Allen Lawn Mower building (#599). This is 𝑵𝑶𝑻 true. They've relocated to the old Elm Auto center (#556) Had mower blades sharpened, go around back to see them.

I had 2 chainsaws with broken ropes they got fix on the spot. Wow

Have a Bolens snowblower older than dirt. Was an emergency repair that this company jumped on. Fast pick up, service and return. Price very fair and they appreciate the business. Do I recommend this company - no hesitancy at all and I suggest that anyone with with valued homeowner equipment, new or old, give these guys a call. I do not think disappointment is in their DNA.

When Jack & Steve took over from Gall they started doing things their way. It`s a good way. Excellent service, knowledgeable, and nice guys. I have recommended them in the past & will continue to.

I have been in the landscaping industry for over 30 years and Jack is the best mechanic I've ever come across. respectable rates and always a professional job I have never been disappointed ever. I highly recommend bringing anything you have to Jack and Steve.

I took my Sthil chainsaw (bought from here) and an older Jonsered chainsaw to large well known vendor in Ellington. Bad mistake.



The Stihl needed the chain sharpened, while the Jonsered needed carburetor service.



They claimed they were unable to service the Jonsered due to its age, but yet charged me a good amount of money just to look at it, without doing a damn thing.



The Sthil service was another joke!!! The chain was as a dull as when I brought it in. I ended up bringing both chainsaws to the Scitico Small Engine repair shop, and they were able to do the work on both units to my satisfaction and for a fair price. The Jonsered took a few visits, but they made it RIGHT, and for a fair price. Sometimes you'll do a lot better seeking out old timers who have been in the business, and have experienced staff and care about what they are servicing. Scitico is my first choice.
