Community Health Resources is a nonprofit, community-based, behavioral health care organization that assists patients suffering from mental disorders, emotional stress and substance abuse. It provides treatment, support services, rehabilitation, prevention and various educational programs. The organization focuses on a variety of social issues, including strengthening families, prevention of adult suicides, assertive community treatment, case management, housing assistance, psychosocial rehabilitation, family violence education and transitional support.
