Purchased a $1700 Vermont Casting grill. Within 2 yrs I had problems.
I made contact and received mixed info and promises of action but my problems were not solved even after a couple of visits.
(Charges were up to $168/Hr for the visits. )
I ended up paying several hundred dollars (enough to buy a decent grill).
VC did end up sending me a part to fix my grill (with much difficulty). This was my 2nd VC grill - Last one cost $2K in the late 1990s and was great till 2014. This one, not so.
Extremely difficult to get call backs which never happens in a World Class company. They do not appear to have any real level of technical knowledge of top of the line grills. Corporate personality is lacking.

I would like to thank ANC heating for all they have done for my family with a resent repair of our air conditioning system. I have never been so impressed with the way a company does business . ANC has gone over and above what I would expect from any company. We had another company install a furnace and A-coil and 2 years later ANC finished the rest. We had a lot of trouble with the components installed by the first company. Not only did ANC service the problems with the components they didn't install, when the part finally failed years later they came back again and made sure we had our air back on and did it at no charge. It was not their responsibility, and they replaced it anyway! I worked with Loyd during our issues, All he cared about was that we had our system working again. He was very pleasant and professional and actually cared. Our service guy Tom was great, Just like Loyd He was very pleasant and professional. We are very happy. I wish I had more space to write.
