I have been trying for over 3 months to get a call back from Brett, the owner of Pioneer Glass, concerning a defective glass that was replaced in a 28X28" home window . I have recently made 3 personal trips into their Emmaus location and spoke with Harper, as well as "Treas". They told me they would convey my message to Brett. To date I have received no call back from him. I was told 'he is very busy and we don't give his number out." Based on similar complaints I have seen online, I am not surprised, just disgusted. Do not be mislead by the glowing testimonials on their own site. All's well until something goes wrong, and then, you are a nobody!

While I typically do not write negative reviews, I felt strongly compelled to write this one. We only found out about this place through Groupon, which advertised $300 worth of custom glass and mirror works for $99. When we dropped by the shop, we spent more than an hour going over the different pieces of glass that we need. Suffice it to say, that the order was quite a bit more than $300. However, upon presenting the Groupon, we were advised that this offer is only applicable to clear glass only, as everything else would need to be custom ordered. While we did have certain items as clear glass, the glass itself cost pennies, while labor and any non-clear glass (even the common and inexpensive) kind would account for 95% of the order. What this means is that in order to use a Groupon, one would need to buy clear glass only for the amount of $300, which no one in their right mind would ever need this much, making this offer useless and deceptive in nature. What good is it to advertise "$300 Groupon worth of custom glass and mirrors", if the "custom" part is not applicable???
On top of all this, while the person at the counter seemed courteous and friendly, the owner was anything but.
When we questioned the rationale for advertising a Groupon of such nature, the owner took that as an attack and acrimoniously asked whether we were expecting him "to loose on this deal", answering his own question stating that we were not being cooperative, turning around and leaving.
We went out of our way to go to this shop, wasted more than an hour to be told that "we are being not cooperative". Would not go there ever again even if offered half price!
