After living in this house for 30+ years with the same carpeting, we decided to have the carpeting removed. The original floor is pine and it was painted. Jay's workers (Andy and Chase) sanded the floors and coated them with polyurethane. Now this old floor looks like it's brand new. Andy and Chase were kind, careful and efficient. My husband is in a wheelchair and they even made a small ramp to get from the living room/dining room area to the kitchen, so my husband would have access to the entire house. The best part was the ramp was installed at no extra cost. I give them a well deserved 5 star rating. I am one happy customer. Nancy Morris
