I have been a patient at Albany Medical Group for a couple years now and I believe that the Doctors as well as their staff are pleasant and always willing to accomad the patient at a time of need. I also believe that sometimes patients don't realize that the employees are only doing their jobs to the best they can and are not commended enough of how the excellent work they do for the office and handling ignorant and ill tempered people that comes there way. I commend the staff of what they do and how they handle the most difficult people that wants thing done at a snap of a finger. Keep up the excellent work that you do Albany Medical Group staff...

The service at this office is abysmal. My wife, when trying to get in for an appointment on Christmas eve for what appeared to be strep throat, was refused an appointment despite the fact that the doctor had an open slot. The staff said it was because the doctor didn���t want to have back to back appointments. I will never return to this office. You get treated like you are calling some shoddy call center.
