i have a shop in eureka 80 miles from ely i buy a few sets of tires a month the staff at gale tire have always went above and be on to see that i can take care of my customers

Can't say Thank You enough for such GREAT service we received traveling through Ely especially after hours in our RV. We called the after hour number located on the outside of your shop door & within minutes a service man named Cameron arrived! He was outstanding and had us quickly back on the road. Service men are hard to find like Cameron! Thank you so much for taking care of us & not taking advantage of us or our situation! Highly recommend this shop & service!

Though as a previous poster said, the staff can be rude at times, Gale Oil and Tire has helped me out greatly many times... the owner has gone way beyond to assist me when finances were tight and was able to make payments on a delivery. They havehelped me out with tire purchases and helped me to not pick a tire that didnt suit my needs.

I dont recommend this company. The people running this company are extremely rude and unhelpful. They get annoyed when you ask them for receipts and they threaten you. I will never use this company again.
