Had a refrigerant line repaired by these people. Technician showed on time and was cordial. Problem is, although I am located less than five miles from their location, they charged a $25 "truck" fee. Additionally, they charged me for 2.5 hours labor even though the technician wasn't there that long and he was outside talking on his cell phone for a good chunk of time. Unfortunately, I had foolishly given an employee a check to pay the technician in my absence. Won't use them again. Poor customer service. Overpriced. Be smart. Use someone else.
