My area is getting its very first Popeyes. I am DELIGHTED. Our two KFC are GARBAGE dumps. No consistency between visits or between the two stores. The chicken is getting SMALLER and I am sure Corporate doesnt know the local franchisers are CHEATING customers. I bit into a breast and got a lump of seasoning mix and OMG was that NASTY! Too often the chicken is taken out of the cooker early due to rush hour. NEVER is that acceptable. Popeyes, when you have your grand opening in Big Flats, NY, I'll be the FIRST person in line. Oh, btw, KFC, whats this CRAP about 15 bucks an hour? You ALWAYS mess up my order and I ALWAYS have to check my stuff and hand it back because it's ALWAYS wrong! I make them redo the WHOLE order cuz I'm not going to let bags of my family's food get cold while they fix my order. I hope you all follow suit: If they mess up just one item on your order, MAKE THEM START A NEW FULL ORDER FRESH!

I can honestly say, I don't believe there has every been a time that this KFC has gotten a drive thru order right... and its never something extra... just wrong. After tonights disappointment, I won't be going back.
