The variety available for used appliances look clean and they are reasonably priced with a warranty!!

I have purchased a freezer, refrigerator and stove from this business. They have a better warranty than most used appliance stores. They tracked down a 3/4 size refrigerator for us. Always friendly and helpful. I would use them again.

Bought a Samsung Fridge and Electrolux range, to upgrade my kitchen..... were very professional, when delivering and setting up.

One of the worst companies that I've ever dealt with. They promised to clean our stove and fridge before delivery, but it was obvious that they never even tried. Parts were missing from the stove despite them saying that it would be replaced before delivery.



The delivery guys were a no show on the scheduled day. We called and were told that the truck had broken down (reasonable reason, though a call would have been nice). Turns out that there was nothing wrong with the truck, the driver took the day off & they just canceled the deliveries that day and lied.



When they finally did get to our house a few days later, we found that delivery costs $50 extra (they failed to mention). Tried to cancel the order, only to be told that there are no refunds allowed. They tried to force the fridge through a door that it obviously would not fit. Scratched the hell out of the fridge and took a chunk out of the wood door frame.



Do not waste your time with this place if you can help it.

This is the worst small business i have ever dealt with in my life. I have never written a review like this, but in this instance, it is absolutely warranted. They sold me a used washer that flooded my basement the first time I tried to use it. I still haven't received so much as a phone call back from them. The worst costumer service I've ever encountered.

Run for the hills! Do not use this company. They do not keep appointments, they lie out their teeth and they have lousy customer service. They missed two scheduled appointments and then just showed up one week after the second scheduled appointment. They lied about prices and discounts, and charged my credit card after I called and cancelled the repairs. Calling this company was the biggest mistake I ever made. ASU SUCKS!!!!!!!

Showed up a little late, but was very nice, knew the product and fixed it quickly and was upfront with all costs. I didn't want to spend a lot of money, and with the 2 year warranty on the repair, made it a easy choice to repair the washer. Great staff, follow up calls were great. I will always call "THE CREW" at ASU for any appliance problems !!
