This is a wonderful emergency hospital. The Doctors and Staff are AMAZING!! I love this place!! And to anyone complaining about the prices, keep in mind that there is always a Veterinarian on site to perform emergency surgeries or tend to your injured/sick pet. They also have state of the art equipment to properly diagnose. If you have fair credit and don't have enough to pay for services, care credit is also an acceptable form of payment and you can apply from your home. www.carecredit.com, if not the receptionist can apply for you in the office. Everyone always has a complaint about the prices, but this is the most affordable 24 hour emergency hospital you will find in the city plus the Doctors are AWESOME ;)

"WARNING STAY AWAY" They are heartless and all about the money.

I took my dog here Sunday after being attacked by a pitbull, he was bleeding from the inside his mouth after the attack. when I got there my dog was alert, walking on his own and not bleeding.

When they 1st told me that my bill was going to be between $1,800 & $2,400, I told them that

I felt that that was to much. a nurse ask me how much was I expecting to pay. I told her $800 - $900. Another nurse came to me and I asked her how much did I owe them so far she replied $93, she then told me that for additional $50 they would clean his wounds and give him some antibiotics, I agree to this, then the nurse came back and told me that it would be $490.

I love my dog so I agreed. as I waited while they exam my dog a nurse came to me and try to sell me a neuter, hes told me that I should neuter my dog because the reason that he was attacked was because my dog was not neutered he releases hormones that make other dogs attack him, with a stunned look I explain to her that I want mate him.

they found that his jaw was fractured and they estimated the cost a specialist about $4,500 which left them the opportunity to increase the bill. they suggested care credit and I agreed, care credit approved me for $5,000 they immediately increased my bill to $5,000 by telling me that the $490 was not included in the $4,500.

then they informed that because it was Sunday that the specialist would cost an additional $500, then they told me that the specialist could not make it and that they would have to charge me more to keep my dog over night.

I told them to give me my dog that I would take him somewhere else, the nurse that told me to neuter him told me that the people that go else where come back here because they charge them $8000 for the same work else where, the manager was very rude. when they gave me my dog he was bleeding heavy from the mouth. when I questioned them, they told me "that what did I expect that he had cuts in his mouth", I told them that they never told me anything about him bleeding from the mouth, the nurse that told me to neuter him jump in and told me that he was bleeding when I brought him in, I told her no the blood on the floor and table were from his blood soaked paws he was not bleeding and I left.

I paid them $500 and they didn't even do anything not 1 xray, but give me antibiotics and pain killers



My dog never bleed heavy again and at 9am Monday morning I took him to Bellerose Animal Hospital (718) 347-1057, these people are amazing caring and considerate they did everything for a total prize of $3900.

i came home from work one night and my dog was acting strange , not eating and didn't want to go outside. i had heard about this hospital through a friend, so i brought him in. it turned out he ate something he wasn't supposed to and needed immediate surgery. everything went well and my dogs life was saved. i'm thankful i didnt wait.

I had an emergency with my 2 yr old maltese in the middle of the night. I did not know what to do. I finally found this emergency hospital in queens. I rushed my sparky there. The vet saved my sparky's life. I can't thank them enough. The staff was wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone with an emergency.
