Having a grandmother who is very picky with cakes can be a nightmare. But thankfully I found this place. The Strawberry Shortcake is the one my grandmother LOVED & I love it. It's the cake I buy for everyone's birthday. The cake is not extremely sweet. It's just perfect and it has a soft flavor. The Strawberry Cake is my favorite and all the pastries made in Du Bois Pastry looks so delicious. I recommend this place to everyone

This is a wonderful small bakery that has been in this neigborhood since I moved ther in 1976. Their Black Forest cake is the best - light an fresh. Their napolens, eclairs and cookies are all great.
