My wife had an appointment with Dr. Sing, but the Dr. got stuck in bad weather, and it was rescheduled. The next time she went for deep cleaning, she was told that Dr. Sing is available. She was given the anesthesia. She kept on waiting for half an hour, but Dr. Sing was busy. Then another hygienist started the procedure. My wife repeatedly asked her to stop because she was getting a reaction, and could not breath well. But she didn't listen. My wife kept on demanding that she wants Dr. Sing to take a look on what is going on -- she could not even move her right arm and was almost going to faint. But the hygienist alone kept on performing the procedure despite her bleeding, worsening condition, and almost losing consciousness. When it became impossible for her to breath, and she almost pushed her away in attempt to regain the breath, then the hygienist stopped. Finally Dr. Sing came in, and my wife gave him her cell phone to call my daughter, and other friends. She couldn't drive home, and we took her back home. Thanks God, she recovered in four hours. I strongly recommend to first check if the right Dr. is available, before you risk your life. The office should be honest enough to tell patient upfront if the Dr. is busy, and they may need to wait. So that they may come back once again another time/day, and don't get mistreated by someone who just doesn't care about a patient's life/condition.

This place was great! Once you step into the reception room, you feel the atmosphere is calm and friendly. The staff is fun and refreshing! I recommend this place to everyone. Both doctors are amazing.
