I visited them on Christmas Eve this year. The two young ladies working there were fantastic! I had no idea what I wanted and they helped me pick out the perfect gifts. They were so very helpful and patient, and kind to me. They boxed up the variety of single candies I bought and wrapped my gifts perfectly. This is what customer service is all about. They were very helpful and didn't try to rush me out of the store. They worked together and left me with a great impression of their store and products. When I took everything out of the bags, I found a special treat just for me. I hope the owner sees this and know what a gem they have in these young ladies. I will definitely return to give them my business. Excellent customer service seems to be more rare these days in my opinion. Not in Fannie May Elmhurst. Thank you for hiring great representatives. I appreciate it.

Great store to visit!! Friendly staff great candy!! I drive out of my way to this store!! The Ice Cream is great and the new manager is very helpful and polite. Can't wait to go back on Monday for more goodies!
