I rented this tool and it even wasn't at his shop to rent snd I had to go pick it up from his partner's house. I brought it to my job site and it wouldn't start and stay running, to pull rope broke. I called the owner Steve and told him what was going on immediately and ask him if you can come out and fix it and he said he did not have any time to fix it. He asked me to bring it back to him and I said I had no way to transport it he left it on my job site for over a week. Then they charge me for the time to rent it to us to come and pick it up which I never even used his equipment to do my job I had to personally go out and buy one to complete my job. He charged my bank account four days labor of rental plus over $100 to come and pick it up without my permission charge it to my credit card. I called him on it and he said he wasn't going to do anything about it. Now he's threatening a lien on my house. I would never read from this person ever not a nice person hey. I would not rent from this company you will have bad experiences half of the equipment is half broken and doesn't work properly. I rent a tractor from him and half the stuff doesn't work or its leaking oil many things they do not take care of their equipment.
