Oakgrove Construction is a general contractor specializing in heavy and highway construction with an emphasis on bridge replacement and reconstruction. Founded in 1961 by James F. May, and later joined by Vincent P. Barbera and Kenneth H. Rawe Sr., Oakgrove serves customers throughout western New York. The company is a member of the Associated General Contractors of America.
