This company did us so well, that i cant even imagine their as inexpensive as they are. These guys did better for us than anyone we've had for the last 25 years. They went above and beyond and that is an understatement. I couldnt recommend them any higher. A true class act.

If you own a condo and are part of a home owners association I would not hire Mike and his company. Mike rates are very low but he does a mediocre job of maintaining the buildings and the grounds. The company has an extremely difficult time managing bad tenants when people rent out their properties. You get what you pay for in this case.
