I am very dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism by Marcia Morgan, owner of this company. She was an hour late and was not especially pleasant. After taking photos of the house, she called later that night to say that none of the photos came out and she would have to come back to take them. When I spoke to her on the phone the next day, she was frustrated that my town did not have updated tax maps and took her frustration out on me. She even hung up on me! When I called her back, she talked over me and interrupted me. It is clear to me that she took that hostility out on the estimate she did on my house, citing me for the most obscure and ridiculous things. I will NEVER do business with this woman again, and I am making an official complaint with my mortgage company.
