They came early to pick up bouncy house, we had agreed at 7 or 7:30, they picked it up at 5:30. The young man who came to pack it up was very rude to me when I was asking him what time we were suppose to have it for (paid $300 for this thing and they came and got it halfway through the birthday party) Got a hold of the owner of the company who promised a rebate check which we never received, when i called him asking where my rebate was he was very sarcastic and nasty to me. I am disputing claim with cc for no providing service as agreed upon. Google another place for your birthdays, these guys are bad news.
