Provided by YP.comWORST experience with a hotel ever. They claimed that they couldn't find a record of my reservation even though I had my Priceline itinerary printed out with me and Priceline verified to me over the phone that reservation information had been sent to them when I had originally booked the hotel via Priceline. The hotel owners told me that they just happened to have a room available if I allowed them to charge my credit card $120 dollars a night (I originally booked the hotel at a rate of $50 a night). They refused to give me a room even though I had proof that the room was already paid for via Priceline. Priceline customer service even called the hotel while I was on the phone with Priceline and I was told that the hotel was refusing to honor my reservation and wanted to charge more money for rooms that were already paid for. After an hour on the phone with Priceline, who were also on the phone with the hotel owners, who were not acknowledging my reservation without charging extra money, Priceline relocated me to a different hotel.
