Went in to purchase 2 cases of wine a various types of vodka, spent approximately $175. The internal staff was very friendly and helpful.
When leaving, my cart was quite full and it was hard to see in front and there were several pot holes in the parking lot. I avoided one but my cart hit another very deep hole causing the cart to tip over and a cheaper $15 bottle of vodka broke. All else was ok. Another customer witnessed it. I brought this to the attebtion of the cashiers in the front and they were extremely rude. Told them about the issue and they dismissed me and said nothing I can do. Let’s just say there is a reason I shop at Total Wine. Far better service, selection and price. It is worth the drive. Never shopping there again.

Very good prices and selection - twice a year sales especially good for value - September and March, I think.

Read the reviews the tone is consistent: Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've been trying to spend hundreds of dollars on a wine order now for three days, got the manager three times on the phone and his response? "We're too busy to handle your order". I've spent thousands of dollars at this liquor store and the manager has not only been rude and dismissive but completely unconcerned about losing a customer and business. My recommendation? Take your business elsewhere. Any place that is too busy to handle regular customers does not deserve your business.
