DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I am not sure if this company is even legitimate. My company tried to purchase a used hot plate from them. We ordered on 8/27/2013 and two weeks later the status said that the order was still processing. I tried emailing to get information on the order and after 6 emails still heard nothing back. We also tried calling, but it goes straight to voicemail and after multiple voice messages they did not return a single call. My buyer finally emailed saying we were canceling our order and only then did we get an email back, saying that it is a small company and that Yvette was out of town purchasing more items and the item would ship Friday if we still wanted. Since we really needed this item we said we would keep our order. This morning I received an email stating that they are not shipping the order because they found the unit to be defective. As I stated, I am not sure if this company is even legitimate, if you google map the address, there is not building there, it is just an empty field near a house in the middle of nowhere. If I were you, I would take my business elsewhere.
